• Risk passes on delivery for consumers.

• Risk passes on dispatch or carrier handover for business customers, unless agreed otherwise.

• International delivery may be delayed by customs, transport disruptions, or regulatory inspections.

Returns and Refunds

• Items must be unused and in resaleable condition unless faulty.

• Certain industrial, special-order, clearance, or safety-related items may be non-returnable.
