These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Lead Sheet Training Academy Ltd (Company No. 00216255) trading as Lead Welders Warehouse ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to any purchaser ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Application of Terms
These Terms apply to all sales made through our website and distinguish between:
Consumers (B2C): individuals purchasing for personal use; and
Business Customers (B2B): companies, sole traders, partnerships, or purchasers acting in the course of business.
Where consumer law provides additional rights, those rights will apply and cannot be excluded.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when we send written order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or incomplete information.

UK VAT is included where applicable unless otherwise stated.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local taxes payable by the Customer.

Consumers
Payment is due in full at checkout.
Business Customers
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
Payment is due in full before dispatch.
Approved trade accounts must pay within agreed credit terms.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Product Descriptions and Availability
Images are illustrative only.
Specifications may vary due to manufacturer updates.
We may substitute equivalent products where necessary or issue a refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk passes on delivery for consumers.
Risk passes on dispatch or carrier handover for business customers, unless agreed otherwise.
International delivery may be delayed by customs, transport disruptions, or regulatory inspections.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
Consumers
Please inspect goods upon delivery and notify us promptly of issues.
Business Customers
Goods must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for shortages, damage, or defects must be notified in writing promptly.
8. Consumer Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving goods in accordance with UK consumer law.
Exceptions may apply for:
custom-made goods;
sealed items not suitable for return once opened for hygiene or safety reasons;
goods damaged through misuse.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returns must follow our Returns Policy.
Items must be unused and in resaleable condition unless faulty.
Certain industrial, special-order, clearance, or safety-related items may be non-returnable.

Welding equipment, accessories, and tools are industrial-use products and may pose risks including heat, fire, electrical hazards, fumes, burns, and injury.
Customers are responsible for:
using products safely;
ensuring competent use where required;
following manufacturer instructions;
complying with workplace safety law;
using appropriate PPE and safety controls.
We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, modification, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines.
12. Limitation of Liability
Consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
Business Customers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We exclude indirect and consequential loss;
We exclude loss of profits, business interruption, downtime, or loss of contracts;
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
13. Export and International Sales
Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws.
We are not responsible for customs seizure, local certification requirements, import restrictions, or local regulatory non-compliance outside the UK.
Export delays beyond our control are not our responsibility.
14. Retention of Title (Business Customers)
Goods remain our property until full payment has cleared.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including supplier shortages, transport issues, customs delays, industrial action, natural disasters, cyber incidents, or government restrictions.

Consumers
Consumers may also benefit from mandatory local rights where legally applicable.
